| Henderson still has eyes for Binocular • Handler convinced Boxing Day third will improve this term• Seven Barrows trainer sends out three winners at KemptonNicky Henderson continued his exceptional start to the season by sending out three winners at Kempton today and gave a strong hint that the Champion Hurdle hope Binocular may soon be making up for a disappointing start to his campaign.Bookmakers responded to Binocular's second successive below-par performance so far this term at Kempton on Boxing Day by pushing the Henderson-trained runner out to fourth favourite for the Cheltenham Festival highlight.Binocular, who went off a well-backed 6-4 market leader for the Champion Hurdle in March, is now available at 8-1 for the 2010 running but his trainer is far from convinced that we have seen his gelding's true colours this season.Henderson's French import Long Run made an impressive introduction to British racing with an eye-catching victory in the Feltham Chase on Boxing Day while Binocular and Barbers Shop were third in the Christmas Hurdle and King George VI Chase respectively. "Long Run was fine this morning, and very much unperturbed by his experience," said the Seven Barrows trainer. "Barbers Shop is fine and Binocular is particularly good."He was a very happy person this morning, unlike he was after Newcastle. It's taking time but I think he'll come – you haven't seen him yet this season. I don't know why."The highlight of today's treble for the trainer and his stable jockey Barry Geraghty was Petit Robin's 3¾-length defeat of the plucky veteran Well Chief in the Desert Orchid Chase.The bookmakers were suitably impressed and while one firm cut the winner to 8-1 for the Champion Chase at Cheltenham, Henderson indicated he is much more likely to be targeted at the Aintree Grand National meeting in April.The winning trainer said: "It was a good start. We have always thought two and a half was his trip and he probably wants it. Barry thinks the race at Aintree [Melling Chase] would be perfect. He'll be entered for the Champion Chase but I wouldn't think he would go."Riverside Theatre is 10-1 for the Arkle Trophy with Sky Bet after a 12-length romp in the Wayward Lad Chase. "He is very good fresh and I won't be in a rush.
